Wood County Invitational Art Show

All artists living within a 30-mile radius of Bowling Green are invited to submit an application for the Wood County Invitational Art Show. The Festival recognizes that it is essential to provide an art show to showcase our quality local artists.

The Wood County Invitational Art Show runs Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Artist check-in time is 5:30 am on Saturday morning; please see application guidelines for complete check-in information. The WCIAS is located in the Huntington Bank parking lot at the corner of South Main Street and Clough Street.

Only the Main Stage and the food court are open on Friday, September 6, the first day of the Festival.

Wood County Invitational Art Show - Application Reminders

All artwork shown must be of the artist’s own design and craftsmanship. All artwork exhibited must be of similar style and quality to the images submitted. Artists displaying work not consistent with these requirements or with submitted images will be asked to remove disputed work. The Festival reserves the right to close any booth that is not in compliance with our policies.

Artists must attend the Festival in person and remain for both days.

The Festival is not responsible for any loss or damage to the property of the artist. 24-hour security is provided, however the Festival assumes no responsibility for loss or damage.

Please apply and submit your images using the online application below. Once you click apply, you will be re-directed to a confirmation page where you can submit your application fee electronically using PayPal. If you prefer a more traditional method, you may mail a check for the $15.00 application fee. Make the check payable to BSAF and mail to:
