Specifics for Sponsorship Recognition
Presenting Sponsor $10,000+
An individual or corporation who donates $10,000 or more to the BSAF will be considered a Presenting Sponsor and is entitled to the following marketing opportunities:
- Banner at Main Stage - Banner logistics such as size, material, weight, and hanging capability will need to be worked out between the donor and the BSAF Committee representatives from Development, Marketing, Performing Arts, and Site & Logistics. The banner will go up no later than the Friday of the Festival and will be taken down on the Sunday closing of the Festival. The donor will be responsible for providing a banner, at own cost, to BSAF. A BSAF representative will be responsible for returning the banner to the donor.
- Stage Mention -The Presenting Sponsor will receive two :15-:30 second mentions from the Main Stage each day of the Festival for a total of six mentions throughout the weekend. Mentions are done in-between acts prior to announcing the next performer. A script may be provided by the donor.
- Logo on T-shirt sleeve - A one-color logo, no larger than two-inches in diameter, will be screen printed on one sleeve of the annual BSAF t-shirt. In the event of multiple presenting sponosrs, logos will appear on the same sleeve. Logo must be provided by the donor to the BSAF as a high-resolution electronic file or camera-ready artwork. About 300 T-shirts are printed annually.
- Logo on Festival poster - A one-color logo, no larger than two-inches in diameter, will be printed at the bottom of the Festival poster. About 1,000 posters are printed annually and distributed throughout Northwest Ohio and surrounding areas. Many posters are collected and saved as festival keepsakes.
- Logo on Festival program - A one-color logo will appear on the cover of the festival program, as well as a black & white, two-inch logo (approximate) on the Sponsorship page inside the program.
- Logo and Link on Festival website - Logo will appear on every page of the Festival website with a link to the donor's website (if applicable). Logo and link will also appear on the Festival's Facebook page.
- Logo on print or web advertisements - any paid advertisements by BSAF will include the Presenting Sponsor logo.
- Other - The BSAF will make their best effort to include the Presenting Sponsor logo or name on all marketing opportunities, which may include print, television, web, or radio.

Major Sponsor $5,000-$9,999
An individual or corporation who donates $5,000-$9,999 to the BSAF will be considered a Major Sponsor and is entitled to the following marketing opportunities:
- Logo on Festival poster - A one-color logo, about one-inch in diameter, will be printed at the bottom of the Festival poster. About 1,000 posters are printed annually and distributed throughout Northwest Ohio and surrounding areas. Many posters are collected and saved as festival keepsakes.
- Logo on Festival program - A one-color logo will appear on the cover of the festival program, as well as a black & white, one-inch logo (approximate) on the Sponsorship page inside the program.
- Logo on Festival website - Logo will appear on every page of the Festival website with a link to the donor's website (if applicable).
- Other - The BSAF will make their best effort to include the Major Sponsor logo or name on appropriate marketing opportunities, which may include print, television, web, or radio.

Supporting Sponsor $1,000-$4,999
An individual or corporation who donates $1,000-$4,999 to the BSAF will be considered a Supporting Sponsor and is entitled to the following marketing opportunities:
- Name on Festival program - Name will appear on large, bold type in the Sponsorship section of the Festival program.
- Logo on Festival website - Logo will appear on the Sponsor page of the Festival website with a link to the donor's website (if applicable).
- Other - The BSAF will make their best effort to include the Supporting Sponsor logo or name on appropriate marketing opportunities, which may include print, television, web, or radio.

Patron Sponsor $250-999
An individual or corporation who donates $250-$999 to the BSAF will be considered a Patron Sponsor and is entitled to the following marketing opportunities:
- Name on Festival program - Name will appear on medium, semi-bold type in the Sponsorship section of the Festival program.
- Logo on Festival website - Logo will appear on the Sponsor page of the Festival website.

Friends of the Festival $1-$249

Youth Arts Area of the Black Swamp Arts Festival
Sponsorship Opportunities - 2013
An approximate 1,000 youngsters enjoy the Youth Arts Area (YA) at the annual Black Swamp Arts Festival (BSAF). YA continues to grow in the number of young festival attendees, but also in the variety and scope of activities offered. Activities focusing on all aspects of the arts are available for children between the ages of one and twelve, plus a Collaborative Art Activity geared towards 12 to 18 year olds.

Donations help YA to grow. All donors are acknowledged in the “Letter to the Editor” submitted by the Youth Arts committee and published in the Sentinel-Tribune after the festival. On behalf of all the youngsters who participate, thank you for your consideration.
