Download a food vendor application for 2008
Our festival uses a combination of festival tickets and cash. Festival tickets help us track our sales and make shopping easier for you. Tickets are in $1 increments.
- Food vendors accept cash only unless otherwise stated.
- Beer vendors accept Festival tickets ONLY.
- Festival vendors accept cash AND Festival tickets (Festival vendors include Pisanello's Pizza, pop, water, merchandise)
- All proceeds directly benefit the Festival.
- Festival tickets are for sale in the Concessions area.
- You must be 21 and have a wristband to purchase alcohol. Proper ID required.
Good Eats!
We provide a unique vendor selection so there is something for everyone -- standard fare such as ribbon fries and hot dogs to exotic flavors of Jamaica, Mexico and New Orleans. Our past vendors were wonderful and we are hoping they come back:
- New Orleans Cajun Cookin' - Cajun specialties including jambalaya, red beans & rice, fried crawfish, & etoufee.
- Sirloin Tips - Delicious sirloin tips, new potatoes, marinated mushrooms
- Marsh Concessions - Shaved ice, worm buckets, frozen cheesecake & pie on a stick
- Cindy's Concessions - Elephant Ears, funnel cakes, french waffles, curly fries
- MacDonald Concessions - Philly Cheese Steak, Jumbo Hot Dogs, Italian Sausage
- Po Mo's Ribs - Ribs, pulled pork, rib tips, polish sausage, baked beans
- Thai Thai - Chicken on a stick, fried rice, veggie lo mein, pad thai, egg rolls
- Ron's Concessions - Gyros, bratwurst, onion rings, fries, kielbasa, tenderloin, corn dogs
- A & M Concessions - lemonade, ribbon fries, grilled chicken, burgers, hangarian specialties
- Elmo's Concessions - Lake perch, shrimp basket, chicken fingers, cheese sticks, sweet potato fries, deep-fried Oreos
- Wurks-a-poppin' - Kettle Korn
- Pisanello's Pizza - Pizza by the slice or pie. All procedes from these sales directly benefit the Festival.
| Beverages The festival has a large extended beer garden in the concessions area that provides ample seating and a perfect view of the Main Stage. To purchase alcohol, you must be 21 and wearing a festival-issued wristband. All alcohol must be purchased with festival tickets. Unlike many festivals, we provide a large selection of spirits:
We also provide: Bottled Water and Coca-Cola products. Pop and water can be purchased with Festival tickets or cash. Beverage selection subject to change. |

Food vendor applications are reviewed in May and are chosen based on uniqueness and timeliness of application.
- FOOD COURT AREA allows for approximately 15 food vendors. Electricity and water are available.
- MAIN STREET allows for limited smaller food vendors at the discretion of the committee. Electricity and water are NOT available on Main Street.
Once accepted into the Festival, you will receive a contract that explains all rules and regulations. Please read this carefully and return your signed contract to the Festival committee in a timely manner to assure your spot.
