Directions to the Festival

  • Bowling Green is about 20 miles south of Toledo and 20 miles north of Findlay.
  • Take I-75 to Bowling Green State University (Exit 181).
  • Turn west on Wooster St. (Rt. 105/64)(If coming from the north, turn right. If coming from the south, turn left).
  • Going west on Wooster, you will see the BGSU Football Stadium to the right and several fast food restaurants, hotels, and gas stations to the left.
  • Follow Wooster past the University. Wooster St. crosses Main Street (Rt. 25) which is the heart of the Festival.
  • Free parking is available on many side streets and in public parking lots.

Parking
PUBLIC LOTS & METERS
Parking is available in public parking lots and residential side streets.  Metered parking is FREE Friday after 5:00 PM and all day Saturday and Sunday.  Please be aware of signs that designate private parking lots or forbid on-street parking.  Some business lots are for PRIVATE parking and are designated with signs at the entrance or exit of the lot.  Parking in a private lot or in a non-on-street area is cause for a fine or towing, as indicated on the signs.   The Festival is not responsible for fees incurred as a result of parking illegally.

TAXI SERVICE
Bowling Green Taxi Service is available during restricted hours.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
Some hotels offer shuttle service to the Festival site.
The Black Swamp Arts Festival plans to offer shuttle service as well.

SUPERCAB

Festival Shuttle Service
Park at the Woodland Mall (1234 N. Main St., West Parking Lot) or Meijer (2111 E. Wooster St. East end of parking lot) and take a shuttle to the heart of the festival. Festival signs in the parking lots will help guide you where to park.

Festival pick-up is at Prospect Street (at BW-3).

Sunday, September 7 from 11 AM - 5 PM

$1.00 each way. Children age 6 and under FREE. Strollers welcome.
