Volunteer Check-in & General Info

All volunteers should check-in at least 15 minutes prior to their shift at the designated area. At check-in you will receive your name badge and instructions.

• Youth Art Volunteers - Check-in at the volunteer table in the youth art area.
• Beer Garden Volunteers - Check-in at the volunteer table in the Concessions/Beer Garden area.
• Concession Volunteers - Check-in at the volunteer table in the Concessions/Beer Garden area.
• Not sure where to go? - Stop by the volunteer table in the Concessions/Beer Garden area or the Information Booth for a shift schedule and name tag.

Volunteer Areas

• Pre-festival planning - Attend a planning meeting
• Set-up - Set up tents, tables, chairs. Prep concession booths. Pick up trash. Volunteers needed for Friday 12 noon to 5 PM, Saturday 6 - 10 AM, Sunday 6 - 10 AM. Put away table and chairs, pick up trash, clean.
• Tear-down - Volunteers needed for Friday 11:30 PM - 1:00 AM, Saturday 11:30 PM - 1:00 AM, Sunday 5 PM - 7 PM.
• Trash Pick-Up and Gater runs (throughout the festival) - Periodic trash pickup from vendor stations, beer tent, and eating areas. Deliver water, pop, ice, and any needed materials to booths. Volunteers needed throughout the festival.
• Youth Arts - Assist children with activities. Set-up and clean-up. Volunteers needed on Saturday 10 AM - 5 PM, Sunday 10 AM - 5 PM. Call ahead to reserve a space or stop by the volunteer booth at the youth art area if interested.
• Concessions - Serve pizza &/or pop concession area in Main Food Court. Volunteers needed Friday 4 PM - 12 MID, Saturday 10 AM - 12 MID, Sunday 10 AM - 5 PM.
• Beer Tent - Serve beer at one of two beer stands. Must be 21 or over. Volunteers needed Friday 4 PM - 12 MID, Saturday 10 AM - 12 MID, Sunday 10 AM - 5 PM.
• Stage Help - Raise and tear down stage prior to and after the festival. Assist Performing Arts committee and performers. Volunteers needed Friday afternoon - 12 MID, Saturday 10 AM - 12 MID, Sunday 10 AM - 5 PM.
