Youth Art Activities - Get Rhythm!
All activities have been tried and tested and are guaranteed fun. Black Swamp Volunteers supervise all activities and stage performances, but adults are welcome to participate as well.  Activities may vary each year.

• Dinka Cloths (printmaking)

• Spinning Tops
• Tie Dye (T-shirt: $5 / $3, Bandana: $1)
• Face Painting ($1 minimal fee to cover the cost of materials)
• Easel Painting
• Mud Painting
• Geoboards
• Black Swamp Critters (for the younger artists)

  *NEW: Drum Circle and Dance Line!
  Children will decorate drums and shakers in the Youth Art area, which can be used to participate in a group drumming and dance experience (10-15 minute sessions).

The youth art stage is on North Main Street near the Wood County Public Library. This stage is geared toward the younger audience with folk musicians, interactive comedians, and storytellers.
